A guest house is either a converted house or manor adapted to accommodate overnight guests or it may be a purpose built facility. These establishments are usually run as commercial operations and are often owner-managed. Guest houses have areas which are for the exclusive use of the guest with the owner/manager either living off-site, or in a separate area of the property. This type of accommodation remains, like its bed and Breakfast counterpart, a very popular choice for both local and international tourists and visitors.
We have established three Guest Houses, Greenacres Lodge, Port Elizabeth Guesthouse and Hunter’s Lodge, in the Greenacres area to provide comfortable, clean and affordable accommodation in Port Elizabeth for Business and tourist guests.
All three Guest Houses are walking distance of the Greenacres Mall, Virgin Active Gym, Greenacres Hospital, and Collegiate School and close to the Newton Park business district, Newton Park swimming pool Nelson Mandela Bay rugby and soccer stadium Grey and Collegiate High School. All three Guest Houses are in walled, secure properties in a quiet, peaceful area of Port Elizabeth, with ample safe parking.
We also have 2 Conference venues. The conference venues provide seating for up to 16 persons around a conference table or seating arrangements on your request. We also cater for lunch, tea, and coffee during the day. The conference venue is ideal for entertaining with a braai and a pool area on the premises.
